This is not your usual tanker. Built for industrial applications with integrated steer axle for maneuverability, ATE’s 24m3 stainless steel tipping vacuum tanker has raised the bar for vacuum engineering.
Incorporating 3050m3/h achievable blower capacity, 90% achievable vacuum level, automatic door sequence operation while operated from a self-contained ‘Donkey’ engine, a new standard has been set.
ATE Tankers expertise runs further than traditional tankers. Designed by our specialist engineers and built in-house, the ATE 24,000L Vacuum Tanker is specifically built for liquid collection on an industrial scale such as large construction projects or flooded sites for quick and efficient clean up, transportation and disposal.
ATE Tankers Vacuum range offers versatility for all aspects of bulk liquid transport. From low clearance tanks perfect for tight access areas such as underground car parks, to large capacity tipping for expansive construction sites. ATE can solve any of your liquid collection issues.
In developing this Vacuum Tanker solution for liquid and heavy waste, our objective was to create a lightweight, smart design that maximised barrel capacity – achieved at 17,000 litres.
The simplicity of the design allows for easy maintenance, and a large vacuum pump for quick and efficient load times.
ATE have produced an absolute workhorse of a build in our continuing deliveries to our client. Being able to withstand flammable, corrosive and toxic chemicals, our build can collect and transport almost any liquid. Built with a Liquid Ring Vacuum System, full integrated hydraulics, rear opening door for clear out of solids and capable of being coupled to form a Quad Dog combination, this workhorse will be able to handle any job needed.
Creating bespoke solutions that define our era - this 12,000 L mild steel Vacuum tanker joins with a 15,000 L stainless steel dog vacuum tanker. Designed for manoeuvrability that allows access to a wide array of pick-up points, and a DG rating that allows for the transportation of most liquids. This is our definition of ‘versatile’’.
