This is not your usual tanker. Built for industrial applications with integrated steer axle for maneuverability, ATE’s 24m3 stainless steel tipping vacuum tanker has raised the bar for vacuum engineering.
Incorporating 3050m3/h achievable blower capacity, 90% achievable vacuum level, automatic door sequence operation while operated from a self-contained ‘Donkey’ engine, a new standard has been set.
Apco’s requirement of extending haulage, capacity and manoeuvrability were addressed with the design & construction of ATE’s 23 metre B-Double.
Scott Curtis (Apco) advised, “We were very impressed with how the trailers track with the rear steerable axles - we’ve had no problem accessing any site.”
He further commented, “We were updated throughout the entire build process and ATE’s finish and quality is excellent.”
Apco is a locally owned independent fuel chain operation located throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, and have extended their network of stations into New South Wales.
